About PI                                                                  

PI was established recently in order to market special

properties - large and small - in the beautiful surroundings

of Pico Bonito National Park.

Our home office of Property Investigators is located near the

village of El Pino, Atlántida on the north coast of mainland

Honduras. We are 15 kilometers from the city of La Ceiba,

10 kilometers from the airport Golosón.

The mountainous Pico Bonito National Park is the 3rd

largest protected area in Honduras, covering 1,500 sq.k.

Our agents

Mars Van Liefde

- who is British born having lived in Canada, South Africa

and recently 30 years in the Cayman Islands.

Moved to Honduras 3 years ago, currently living in a newly

constructed house in the rain forest. Her main interests

involve the study of the natural environment.

Birgit Wendt

- who is German born and has lived in Honduras for 13 years.

Her main interests include computer design and managing

her Biofarm and Botanical Garden ‘Blue Note’ near the

village of El Pino.
